Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Contact our customer success team with your order number and specific details regarding the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused components in their original master cartons and protective inner packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all labels are clearly visible.

• 3.
  Shipping and Logistics

  Affix the provided RMA documentation to the exterior of your shipment and send the package to our designated distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies that the items meet our restocking standards, we will process your refund or credit to your account within 7-10 business days.
